The third edition of the Occident Summerfest festival, organised by Grup Clipper’s, will return to La Cerdanya next summer after having established itself as a cultural event of reference in the region. The new edition of the festival, which will take place in August 2024, confirms the participation of outstanding artists such as \u00c1lvaro de Luna i Marlon, The Tyets, Luz Casal, Joan Daus\u00e0 and Taburete.<\/p>\n
The opening day of the third edition of the Occident Summerfest will take place on the 17th<\/sup> of August in La Cerdanya with a double concert by the Sevillian artist \u00c1lvaro de Luna and the Asturian band Marlon. Both projects collaborate on Olvid\u00e9 Olvidarte<\/em>, a song nominated in the category of Best Collaboration at the Els40 Music Awards, which showcases the profound lyrics of \u00c1lvaro de Luna and the contagious energy of Marlon.<\/p>\n After a frenetic 2023 in which they have become a reference for the public, The Tyets (20th<\/sup> of August) arrive from Matar\u00f3 to Cerdanya to present their second album, \u00c8pic Solete<\/em>, with a new 100% reformulated live show in which energy and the desire to live and celebrate life will continue to be the main ingredients.<\/p>\n The next day, Luz Casal (21st<\/sup> of August) will be singing in Puigcerd\u00e0 her extensive repertoire full of hits that have earned her international recognition as one of the most important and representative female voices of Spanish music and culture.<\/p>\n On 23rd<\/sup> of August, Joan Daus\u00e0 will celebrate a decade on stage singing all his greatest hits. He will demonstrate his talent as a composer and his unique ability to evoke emotions by telling stories through his songs.<\/p>\n Once again, Taburete (24th<\/sup> of August), who have already sold out two previous editions of the festival, will return to La Cerdanya to present their sixth album, which will be available soon. The festive atmosphere and fun are still guaranteed, as well as the greatest hits that have put them at the top of the national scene.<\/p>\n For the third year in a row, the Occident Summerfest will offer concerts during summer evenings on a stage surrounded by mountains in the heart of La Cerdanya.
