The singer Antonio Orozco and Veritas, the leading supermarket chain in organic food, have partnered to launch a range of organic and solidarity desserts. Under the name ‘El Postre Honesto’, Orozco and Veritas offer a healthy alternative to conventional desserts, with the creation of three products: a cocoa mousse with hazelnuts, a hazelnut pannacotta with two textures and a coconut mousse on pineapple coulis.
In addition to his long and successful musical career, Antonio Orozco is also known for his deep vocation for solidarity and social commitment, as evidenced by his involvement in countless charitable projects. The singer makes a purpose come true, to create desserts for everyone, which are healthy but full of flavor, hand in hand with Veritas, with whom he shares the vocation to generate a positive impact on society. In this line, ‘El Postre Honesto’ will donate ten cents for each unit sold to the SJD Pediatric Cancer Center Barcelona of the Hospital Sant Joan de Deu, an institution with which both Orozco and Veritas have collaborated before.
Under the brand ‘The Honest Dessert’, Veritas will market a range of lactose-free, gluten-free desserts with a low sugar content, but full of real flavor, where cocoa, hazelnut and coconut are the protagonists. They are called “Momento” because thanks to this version of healthy desserts, we can deserve our indulgent “moment”, benefiting from ingredients with nutritional quality and fantastic taste.
Cocoa Moment
It is a tribute to the most authentic chocolate, with a double texture that fuses an aerated cocoa mousse with a fondant-like base. Intense and bitter flavor, ideal for true dark chocolate fans. Satiating consistency, designed to be savored slowly.
Hazelnut Moment
Special for those who love nuts in their creamiest form. Unique texture, combining a creamy yet full-bodied hazelnut pannacotta with a base of exquisite praline. Pure flavor, which does not cloy, but leaves its mark.
Coconut moment
Light texture, airy and smooth coconut mousse, with a fresh pineapple base. Very refreshing, ideal for any time of the day. Smooth and exotic, tropical coconut flavor with a delicious touch of pineapple.
The project ‘The Honest Dessert’ will be presented in society next Monday, May 12, at Terra Veritas Barcelona (C/ Diputació, 239-247), starting at 10 am, in an event that will be attended by the singer Antonio Orozco, Mariana Romero, Fundaiser and responsible for marketing and communication and the co-founder and president of Veritas Sílvio Elías.
