Patti Smith Quartet, Rumours of Fleetwood Mac, Luz Casal, Sopa de Cabra, Vanesa Martín, Taburete, Mika, Diana Krall, Simple Minds, Mikel Izal and Passenger are the first names to be announced so far.
The Les Nits de Barcelona festival, organised by the Clipper’s Group, has today announced the first artists who will once again fill the emblematic gardens of the Pedralbes Palace with music, culture and gastronomy during the summer of 2024. Consolidating its position as a city’s cultural reference point, Les Nits de Barcelona has presented part of a broad, eclectic and high-quality programme that manages to bring together the most outstanding local, national and international stars of the moment in the same space.
Thus, the multifaceted artist Patti Smith will perform in the amphitheatre in front of the gardens of the Pedralbes Palace on 5th July, accompanied by her renowned band, to perform some of her legendary songs such as Because the Night or People Have the Power, among others, as part of the Patti Smith Quartet show.
On the other hand, Rumours of Fleetwood Mac will offer the definitive tribute to one of the most remarkable groups in international rock and roll on 8th July. With the personal musical backing of Mick Fleetwood, founding member of the original band, this group channels the spirit of Fleetwood Mac at its best.
On the 10th of July, Luz Casal will once again show Barcelona audiences why she is internationally recognised as one of the most important female voices in Spanish music and culture, reviewing the extensive repertoire of hits she has cultivated since the 1990s.
After celebrating the end of the anniversary tour of Ben Endins, the best-selling Catalan album in history, Sopa de Cabra will perform at Les Nits in Barcelona on the 11th of July 2024 with the desire to continue feeling the adrenaline of live music and give the audience a great show.
After more than 15 years performing and an unstoppable musical career, Vanesa Martín will present a new show on the 13th of July on the stage of Les Nits de Barcelona with a repertoire full of hits, including songs such as Quién lo diría, Si Pudiera, and her latest single He sido, an anthem celebrating free love.
Taburete, for their part, will be presenting their new studio album on the 15th of July, their sixth after a nine-year career. The band formed by Antón Carreño and Willy Bárcenas promises a festive atmosphere, fun-filled concert full of the hits that have made them one of the biggest names on the national music scene.
On the 17th of July, the international pop artist Mika will present Que Ta Tète Fleurisse Toujours in the gardens of the Pedralbes Palace. An album in which he explores all his fears, dancing in the light of day and singing in his mother tongue, French.
On the other hand, the outstanding Canadian pianist and singer Diana Krall, one of the most important artists in jazz today, will be taking a look back of her eight successful albums at Les Nits de Barcelona on the 18th of July.
The following day, on the 19th of July, the world tour of the famous British band Simple Minds will be visiting the gardens of the Pedralbes Palace in Barcelona with a concert where both the group led by Jim Kerr, and the audience will be able to enjoy the energy generated by the live music of one of the most successful British bands.
Mikel Izal, the outstanding composer, singer and founder of the pop-rock band IZAL, will captivate the audience at Les Nits de Barcelona on 23 July with his unique ability to create music, as part of the launch of his solo career.
The famous composer of Let Her Go, Passenger, will be celebrating the tenth anniversary of the album All The Little Lights, the album that made him famous and which he now revisits after a decade of experience and wisdom, with the audience at Les Nits de Barcelona on the 24th of July.

In addition, for the second year running, Les Nits de Barcelona festival’s visitors will be able to enjoy an exceptional Village space in the heart of the gardens of the Pedralbes Palace where culture and gastronomy will be coexisting. The Village will once again feature a gastronomic offer that brings together some of the Barcelona’s top names in the restaurant industry, as well as a variety of entertainment and activities that will enliven the space with visual shows in the hours leading up to the main concert.
