The following day, El Pot Petit will be reunited with the Black Music Big Band on 19 August, to give the audience of Puigcerdà an experience for the whole family, highlighting values such as gender equality, diversity, the management of emotions in children, the importance of friendship and respect for the environment.
On the other hand, Amaral will give a concert on 22 August in which they will remember the great hits they have been achieving for more than three decades, proving their constant musical evolution and why they are one of the most important bands in Spanish pop music.
And finally, Estopa, after being the first Spanish artists to sell out Barcelona’s Estadi Olímpic Lluís Companys, will celebrate the 25th anniversary of their debut album on 26 August in Puigcerdà with a live performance of the best of their discography and the presentation of a new studio album entitled Estopía.
Now in its third consecutive year, the Occident Summerfest will offer concerts by the best artists on the music scene during the summer nights on a stage surrounded by mountains in the heart of La Cerdanya. In addition, the festival will have a Village area where the public can enjoy a programme of varied activities for children and adults, a music stage and a renewed high quality gastronomic offer to liven up the hours before and after the main concert.
Tickets will be available on the festival’s official website (www.occidentsummerfest.com).
